Our Support Services

Offering a variety of supports for all stages of life, we’re here to help make daily life more comfortable and enjoyable.
We collaborate with you and your existing support network to tailor care that meets your needs and aligns with your wants.

Community & Social Participation

  • We support participants to engage in social and recreational activities in the community. Whether it’s shopping, swimming, bowling or going to the park, we get to know the needs and interests of each participant and work together to make plans happen.

Household Support Services

  • We support participants domestic needs through guided or assisted cleaning, washing and meal preparation.

Support Coordination

  • Our Support Coordinators help guide participants and their families through NDIS and coordinate their supports.

We ensure participants get the most out of their plan by connecting them with service providers who will assist them in achieving their goals.

  • Specialist Support Coordinators recognise there are participants who need to connect to broader supports and networks to help manage their complexities and the effects on their daily life.

Our Specialist Support Coordinators facilitate these connections between participants and support services, ensuring they are effective in meeting the needs of the participant.

Personal Care

  • We provide quality assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life.

We work to develop a participants skills to live as autonomously as possible.

Supported Independent Living

  • We offer 24/7 assistance with, or supervision of, tasks of daily life in a shared living environment.

Physical Wellbeing Activities

  • Physical well-being activities promote and encourage improved physical capacity and health.

Honey Care Collective assist to maintain or increase physical mobility or well-being with participants through its services of personal training or exercise physiology.

Plan Management

  • Our Plan Managers monitor and coordinate the use of each participants budget over the course of their NDIS plan.

They manage claims and pay service providers for supports delivered and maintain records of how the finances within a participants NDIS plan have been used.

Specialist Behaviour Support

  • We provide specialised support based on individual assessment where a participant may have complex or unclear needs, requiring long term or intensive supports to address behaviours of concern which are specifically outlined in their individual Behaviour Support Plan.

  • As Behaviour Support requires a behaviour support plan to be developed that aims to limit the likelihood of behaviours of concern developing or increasing once identified, we have a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner who specifically designs positive behavioural support strategies for a participant, their family and support persons that will achieve the intended outcome of eliminating or reducing behaviours of concern.
